 About ICT

We are committed to achieving national excellence in the application of Information & Communications Technology (ICT) for educational benefit.

We are embracing new technology to enhance pupil learning & results, enhance information provided to parents to help them better support their children's education and reduce staff workload.  We have already received national recognition, awards and grants for a number of ground-breaking ICT initiatives.  Click on the link below to view a webcast on our ICT strategy.  We are pleased to have received the support of Sound Partners Limited.

Spaldwick School Community Network

Following extensive surveys of pupils, parents and teachers, we are embarking on our most ambitious project to date.  In partnership with a local ICT company, we will implement an innovative system to allow all teachers, pupils, parents, governors and fundraisers to collaborate and access information, anywhere in school or from home.  The project will involve a number of commercial organisations and results from the project will be published nationally and internationally
