year FOSS have funded the purchasing of two new computers for our ICT
Suite. This now means we have 8 new PCs in this learning area.

Welcome
to new parents!
To those of you
who are new to school a very big welcome from FOSS (Friends of
Spaldwick School). Our primary function is to raise money so that
we can fund things that the school needs but the school budget
cannot stretch to!
Thank
you to everyone who supported FOSS events last year, with your help
we managed to raise a fantastic £5200 for Spaldwick School
and your children. Thank you to all the FOSS Committee for their
hard work and support.
The money raised has
provided for the school
-
- contributions to the
transport costs of trips in each class. [£175 per class]
- Two completed sections
of a new trim trail
- KS2 Swimming Pool hire
- Maypole [ as
seen at Ellington Gala]
- Art resources
Although our main
function is to raise money, we also want to provide fun social
events for the children and their families, so that the memories our
children have of school are not just of the classroom but also of
some fun social times too.

the school PTA is a registered charity, there is a small board of

the funds to enhance both the current and future educational experience
of our young people
