Miss Prior |
Rachel
Prior is the Head Teacher, she loves to play the cymbals and
tries to steal Easter eggs. She works in the school and looks after
everyone. She is funny, her favourite things are sausages and curly
wurlies. She has a black car and likes to go to the garden centre and
buy things for her garden.

Mrs Arbuthnott |
Vicky Arbuthnott works in Reception and year1. She has a dog
called Daisy and some chickens.
Mrs Arbuthnott is the Deputy Head. She also helps with
Special Needs in school and is one of our First Aid people and looks
after us all.

Mrs Bickerdike |
Faith Bickerdike is a very kind teacher who teaches the Kingfishers, Year
Three children. She always helps pupils when they get stuck and
never gives up. She has some special pet hedgehogs and quails.

Jenny Saunders is teaches in
Puffins who are year 5 pupils, she is in school from Tuesday each week.
She is good at finding things, she has a kind heart and is a miracle!

Cathy Berridge teaches the Swifts on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. She
is kind and helpful. She loves Maths and times tables. She is very good

Keith
Hatton teaches the Kestrels Year 4 in key stage 2. Mr Hatton wears
glasses and looks smart. He is also kind and helpful. He loves football
and supports Arsenal. He loves to travel the world and has been to
Australia. He enjoys running

Miss Vasey |
Miss Vasey works as a teacher in the Swifts and Blackbirds class.
[Our Y1 and Y2 class] Miss Vasey also helps our Library Monitors look
after our Library. She has brown hair and is very kind to everyone. She
used to do Top Gear Readers.

Mrs Leaver |
Alison
Leaver is a kind person, she works in the ICT
suite. She likes working with children who are polite and smiley. She
also teaches RE, Dance, and speaking and Listening. She likes cooking
with pupils and reading stories especially if she can use her
puppets.

Mrs Robinson |
Joan Robinson has
worked at the school for a long time. Mrs Robinson is very keen on
literacy and often works with groups of children helping with that
subject. She is brilliant at quizzes and led the school to victory

Mrs Allen |
Linda Allen is a teaching assistant
in Kestrels class and thoroughly enjoys this. She does Jazz Dance after
school. Mrs Allen is also a school Governor. |

Mrs Bank-Popple |
Carol Banks-Popple works in the office at her
computer. Mrs Banks-Popple does all the financial things in the office. She is very good on the computer and helps all the teachers to order
things for the school. Mrs Banks-Popple also has to keep the bus list up
to date - a very difficult task!

Hesketh also works in the office every morning.
She is the voice you will most likely hear at the end of the phone when
you ring the school. One of her other jobs is to deal with the

Edd Pearce is our school caretaker and also

Teddy
Robinson is the School mascot. He lies in the Robins
classroom. You can take Teddy Robinson home if you are the best pupil of
the day. He sits on the printer wearing warm clothes. He has his own email

Max |
Max sits in the Swifts classroom
all day and goes home with someone who has been good all day. People who
get Max write in his log book. Max joined Spaldwick School in 2006 when
Mrs Arbuthnott found him. He wars dungarees and a shirt. Max is furry
and cuddly. |

Patrick |
Patrick is a penguin from the Falklands, he was given to us by Patrick
who worked in the Antarctic. One Patrick is now on a boat on his way to
somewhere where it is very cold, our Patrick is in Spaldwick! |
