Miss Body

Kirsty Body is a very
busy person! On a Tuesday she
teaches whole class music sessions around the school and on a
Wednesday Miss Body takes P.P.A. sessions.
She is also teaching
pupils to learn specific instruments, and hopes that Miss Prior leaves
the cymbal alone!!

Davidson |
Denise Davidson helps with Literacy and

Mrs Leaver |
Alison
Leaver after the ICT Suite and is a whiz on the computer. Mrs
Leaver is very jolly and laughs a lot and everybody likes working with
her. She likes working with some of the younger pupils on Speech &
Language programmes as well. Mrs Leaver helps with PPA
time by teaching some of the RE syllabus, working with KS2 classes on
ICT projects and and in the summer teaches
dance. Mrs Leaver is especially keen on Wii Dance!!

Mrs Burrin |
Michele Burrin works in
Kingfishers
and Kestrels.
Mrs Burrin is very creative and arranges some lovely displays around the
school.

Mrs Robinson |
Joan Robinson has
worked at the school for a long time. Mrs Robinson is very keen on
literacy and often works with groups of children helping with that
subject. She is brilliant at quizzes and led the school to victory
in the HuntSNet quiz. Well done Mrs

Mr Robbins

Grant Robbins helps in PPA time by doing sports coaching with every class in the
school. All the children like working with Mr Robbins, and he
works them very hard. |

Mrs Bank-Popple |
Carol Banks-Popple works in the office at her
computer. Mrs Banks-Popple does all the financial things in the office. She is very good on the computer and helps all the teachers to order
things for the school. Mrs Banks-Popple also has to keep the bus list up
to date - a very difficult task!

Mrs Hesketh

Carolyn
Hesketh also works in the office every morning.
She is the voice you will most likely hear at the end of the phone when
you ring the school. One of her other jobs is to deal with the
dinner money. Mrs Hesketh is also excellent on the computer.

Mrs Thomas |
You will often see Felicity Thomas taking messages
around the school. She spends a lot of her time keeping all the
information on the office computer up to date as well. This year
Mrs Thomas is also working in the Blackbirds classroom and does a lot of work to help the Friends of Spaldwick
School.

Mr Pearce |
Edd Pearce is our school caretaker. We didn't
have a caretaker for a long time and so we are very pleased that Mr
Pearce is so good at buffing the hall floor! The school looks so
much better now. Well done Mr Pearce! This year Mr Pearce is going
to be in school every lunchtime.
Mr Pearce has a fine
selection of 'best shirts' which brighten up the school when he wears
them!

Mrs Harbour |
Mrs Harbour has joined us to work
in the kingfishers class on Monday and Tuesday mornings. She is also
working on the new library system.

Mrs Balchin |
Rosemary Balchin has worked at the school for
quite a long time as well.
She is very kind and considerate to everybody....including all the
teachers!
Mrs Balchin works mainly in the Blackbirds class. [in her spare time,
Mrs Balchin makes a great lemon drizzle cake, which is a favourite in
the staffroom!!]
