A ‘Brrrrrilliant’ week in the Eagles

Another productive week for the Eagles as we continued our story writing – they are looking fantastic from what I have read so far! In Maths we finished our work on fractions, decimals and percentages including how to convert and compare between units. Finally, we continued our ‘Mountains and Volcanoes’ topic including creating some beautiful ‘flick paintings’. The Eagles also completed a research task using iPads and Atlases to find where some famous volcanoes are located.

From Monday to Thursday (5th-9th March) the Eagles will take part in ‘Bike-ability’. Hence, they will not be taking part in PE on Monday and should not come to school in PE kit. The children should bring their bikes on the Monday and are able to leave buy xanax cod delivery them overnight each day until Thursday. Their bikes will be securely stored in the Eagles classroom should you want to leave them.

Also, homework was handed out on Friday and needs to be handed back in by Friday (9th March). The children have been given either a maths or reading based task.

At this moment I am planning for SATs boosters to continue after school on Monday (5th March); weather dependent. Should this change I will put a post on the website and school Facebook page. We will continue with our work on maths and will either look at Arithmetic questions or problem solving activities.

Enjoy your weekend,

Mr Piper (2nd March)
