Panto Fun, oh yes it was…

We have had a fantastic couple of days.
Our visit to the church yesterday was very special indeed. The children sang beautifully.
Today we all went to the Key Theatre and thoroughly enjoyed the pantomime, Peter Pan. The children participated with gusto and behaved impeccably.
There is something very special about being able to take the whole school out together and looking around the theatre at all their happy faces, thank you to you and FOSS for all the support you provide to enable us to do such exciting things.

Three more days…

Three more days…

Today we have our Christmas lunch and then the whole school are going to church for our Christingle and carol service. We’re so sorry parents can’t join us but there isn’t enough room! We’ll take lots of photos.

Tomorrow, it’s pantomime time. Please make sure your children are at school nice and early so we can leave as near to 9am as possible. They don’t need to bring anything.

What a lovely few days ahead we have; it’s great to get the chance to do things as a whole school.

Busy, busy, busy…

Such a busy school week!

Our Reception, Year 1 and 2 children performed brilliantly in all 3 performances of, Born in the Barn and we were all so proud of them.

Year 3 enjoyed a fantastic Stone Age day and once again the costumes you provided were amazing.

On Friday, we joined in with the Save the Children Christmas jumper appeal. I have never see so many sequins in one school!

Finally, we welcomed local residents into school for festive stories, poems and mince pies. Year 4 read and sang to our visitors with gusto and they were so impressed with our amazing children.

What a fantastic week.

Thank you parents for all your continued support.

Best Christmas wishes from your very proud Headteacher 🎄
